AIIM Webinar Replay : Who's Afraid of Mobile Capture?

Mobile document capture is transforming the way that organizations use content in the field and on the go. In Europe, organisations like ABN AMRO Bank are using it for a variety of everyday processes including:

  • filing expense claims and receipts
  • document comment and approvals
  • image proof of IDs, signatures and supporting documents
  • filing surveys, assessments or damage reports – with photos
  • electronic forms input as part of a financial, healthcare or new customer process

And the benefits of doing so are clear: speed of data availability and accuracy; freeing up process flows/approval cycles; staff more able to work remotely; and more competitive customer service.

Although 29% are in the process of planning or rolling out mobile access, only 39% currently provide mobile access of any sort. WHY?

AIIM President John Mancini leads our exciting webinar that dispels any fear of moving toward mobile in your organisation and offers three important pieces of advice: 1) Think mobile first from a usability perspective 2) Tap into mobile capture opportunities to push capture closer to the point of origination 3) Remember that “Capture” is more than just scanning.
